If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, please email michelle@reclamationherbfarm.com to let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders in the 48 contiguous US states and DC. If you would like items shipped to another location, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will calculate your shipping costs. Bulk herbs and other products that do not contain alcohol ship via USPS. All alcohol-based tinctures ship via FedEx. We typically process and send your order out in 1-3 days. We also offer contactless on-farm local pickup free of charge. Select this option at checkout for pickup instructions.
