Notes: This is African ecotype Ashwagandha. Although Ashwagandha is best known for its use in Ayurvedic medicine, the plant is native to both Asia and the African continent. African Ashwagandha shares the same medicinal characteristics as Vedic Ashwagandha but has larger leaves and grows a bit quicker.
